At Desmoheart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all Desmoheart tags attached, then pack them securely in the original shipping box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the quality check is complete.
